No one was there when I dropped the truck off. I called a number on the wall there to inform them I dropped the truck off Saturday. I get a call Tuesday morning asking about damages to the drivers side tire. I responded “sir I know nothing about damages to the vehicle. There were no damages when I returned it. This type of service is bad for business.

The Gator Lake Auto Service was excellent. However, I had originally booked the truck to be picked up at Narcoossee Feed & Hardware Inc 790 N Narcoossee Rd Saint Cloud, FL 34771 but the truck was not available. The store manager called a previous customer who was supposed to return the truck 2hrs before but didn't. So, I was sent 8 miles away to Gator Lake Auto Service to pick up an available truck, which made me pay a penalty to my movers for being late.

Although the truck was completely unloaded on Saturday, I did not rush to get the truck returned by 9 am Sunday as I was advised that "I could drop it off at any location and at any time on Sunday since UHAUL was closed". I dropped it off at the return location that was on my contract, but did so after breakfast. I was shocked to see an extra day charged to me! Since I dropped the keys in a drop box, the return time is also off by 3 hours. I am unhappy that I was misinformed about the importance of having the truck in by 9 am sharp. Had I been properly advised I would have definitely had the truck there on time. I was under the impression that there was no rush due to it being a Sunday.

I was referred to this U-Haul location because Fireproof Pawn & Storage (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer), 13th ST., Saint Cloud, FL, could not support my reservation for a small enclosed trailer. The Fireproof Pawn & Storage (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) is more concerned with their Pawn business than renting Uhauls.
