They were very friendly but not organized. I dropped the trailer off over the weekend after hours. Several days later I got a notice that I had not returned it. It took a while to get a customer service agent but when I did, Matt was very helpful.

We changed drop off locations as this one was closer and they were able to close out the rental.
Joann MThe location was good and staff were great. The electrical light plug had the previous users ground terminal broke off in the plug and the trailer had debris left over from the previous user.
JOHN CThe drop off location in Saint John NB should be shut down. It was the most awful place for customer service and they were extremely rude people. The business didn’t feel safe and no one helped. Please close this location down. Horrible service and people.
