Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo paperwork given at pickup. Returned truck same day. 2 days later got paperwork in email only after noticing a fuel charge on my card. Come to find out 15 dollars was not removed as promised for insurance and the charged me to fill up last 1/8 of fuel tank. Truck was returned with same amount of fuel as when taken, pics from pickup and video from return to prove. Paperwork finally provided stated truck was full on pickup , which my pics show was not true. Also beginning mileage was .5 miles off. Finally am getting refund for insurance and fuel charge, now gonna request an additional 60 cents back for .5 mile off on paperwork. Wouldn’t a worried about it but this has been more of a hassle than I needed to use a truck for 3 hours.
michael rThere isn't any signage from road and all equipment is hidden behind the locked gate so you don't notice GPS was taking you to the right spot right away. I returned during open hours and I had to check the truck and trailer in myself which always gives me a headache because I have to take pictures 3 or 4 times before the site or app will let me submit.
Christopher GDouble axle trailers need some type of jack for the tongue of trailer for when it's not hooked to a hitch. We didnt have enough room to keep it hooked while filling it. We would block the city sidewalk and rodeway. We couldn't lift filled trailer to hook up to hitch. It was horrible. We tried to plug in lights and it blew the fuse on it. We also had a hard time shutting and opening the back of uhaul. It was very stubborn and not a one person job. This is our second time renting the bigger trailer and we had a problem both times with lifting to the hitch. We are disabled and it made it very difficult. We also had to travel at night with a blown fuse. We have yet to find said blown fuse to replace it.
Holly DNothing against this location. But switching pickup location on a customer a day or 2 before and sending them 15 miles away is not helpful.
