This was a simple drop-off location without personnel. So I just left the trailer there as it was said in the manual.

Drop off for trailer after hours not clear. Made me change location after I had already removed the hitch. The person that directed me was low on patience and lacked the basic courtesies one would expect. He then said I had nothing to do. 10 days later, I get a call asking when I would return the trailer I had returned the same day it was rented. They drop off location never closed the contract. I had even called the day after the drop off to be sure all was good. On my first call, I was told that the person who took care of it was not there yet and I should call in 30. For the second call, no one kicked up the phone. Finally, even with the contract being closed, it registers that I returned it 47h after pick up whenI had only used it for 8h. Pick up location not recommended at all.

Lorne S.There were empty chips bags in the cab and the interior of the cube had three large wrapping plastics bags and 10 sections of carboard used for wrapping as well. There was snow on the roof and on the entire truck. and around the truck ( one foot). The change of locations from Crémazie was not convenient
