Have a box clearly labeled where to drop keys. There's a mailbox there but it doesn't have any indication that there is where the keys go for after hour drop offs. There was no personnel there at the time which is why it was a no for them being helpful. Overall it was a great experience

Upon arriving 2 minutes before closing the employee locked the door in front of me. Granted I was able to return the truck online and that was very easy app to complete. This location was confusing on were to drop off the key and it did not indicate that it was a U-Haul location.

Gilda WThe attendant was rude and unhelpful. He refused to help us check in with our rental and would not take the call from UHaul when he was called to verify our rental. The app check in also did not work. The entire pick up experience was a disaster and took almost an hour.
Paul TKayla, one of the managers (or assistant manager?) of this location, was extremely helpful. I was NOT HAPPY that U-Haul changed my pick-up location the day before my move, and I had to take time out of my busy schedule to come find this new location. I had trouble with the U-Haul phone app, so thank goodness Kayla was there to answer questions, including measuring the full exterior length of the truck. I also had trouble with the lock, so Kayla showed me a trick to help unlock it, which gave me more confidence about unlocking it when I arrived at my destination. The location was great; but Kayla made the experience so much better. I wish more managers were that friendly and helpful!
