Truck was going everywhere on the highway was more scared for my life. Ask for manager she was out side still never talked with her . Told the other person and all he said was thanks for letting us know and that’s all. Will never go back stood waiting for over 20 minutes to get final bill couldn’t believe customer service could be like that. I have rented from the one down the way and was the best experience.

Needed a Pick Up but because none was available I got cargo van to pick up and move 2 pieces of furniture. Had the van back with 20 minutes to spare and the AC worked GREAT!!!

The location was great. I ordered online. I thought I had the truck all day but it was half day. The website doesn’t say how long the rental is for it just asks when you want to pick up and says nothing about the length of time.

The employees were a little pushy and some of the comments made to us were rather rude. I also thought the way they document gas by just the employees say isn’t acceptable. They listed the gas levels in the Uhaul as more than they actually were on our paperwork. It only cost us a few dollars to to add gas to the tank to accommodate their overshot but that shouldn’t of happened.

I was quoted a price of $39.95 for an eight hour rental of a 20 foot truck I was never told about a mileage charge until I arrive to pick up the truck. This was completely missed leading it did not allow me a chance to shop competitors prices for possibly saving myself money. Mileage charges should absolutely be given at the time the person is giving a customer a quote on the phone

There were some issues with the power going out the night before, so my equipment wasn't available right when I had scheduled it, but the staff was really nice about it and got the situation straightened out really quickly.

Customer service was not great--the manager was extremely defensive and seemed to assume that all customers would get mad at her about something. We saw this happen both when we picked up the truck (to other customers) and when we returned the truck (when she confused our truck rental with another one--we weren't upset in the least, but she treated us like we were, becoming very defensive and telling us that she had just told us what HR told her and wasn't apologetic about the mix up at all).

The staff is excellent. The location accessibility is terrible. There is no onsite parkibg. The bed of the truck was covered with dirt that looked like dried concrete.

From my first call to setup a rental to the billigerent customer representative that called repeatedly to my final bill that charged for a dolly that was never even on the truck(I have pictures confirming) this was altogether a horrible experience. At least the truck ran and was available at the preset time. Firstly, when I called to setup pickup the representative entered all of my sister's information instead of mine because our phone numbers have the same first 6 digits. That is a problem seeing as my sister lives about 15miles from me. After I received confirmation I was told there was nothing that could be done to change my pickup location which was 20miles away. So there goes an extra 35miles or so added onto my bill. I get to the rental location and again all the information is wrong in the system(at least they had the correct pickup time, which I had confirmed three times just to make sure). I have to explain NO I am not a girl no I am not bringing it back at 12 tomorrow but rather 8. (Originally on the phone I was told I would be charged for 24 hours instead of 30). Do they even rent by the hour? Anyway after some hemming and hawing a nice older lady came in and told the underlings to process the payment as it had been requested. I was on my way. The following day I was closing on our new family home when eh phone rings and the caller ID reads Uhaul. Hmm. I guess I should answer that. Jon (as he introduced himself.) States I was supposed to have the truck back by 11:30am. I explain I went over this yesterday and the boss lady ok'd the hold till 8pm. Jon got very hostile very quick on the phone to the point he was yelling loud enough that the people around the signing table looked up at me in bewilderment at what they could hear. I said "this conversation is going nowhere please check with your supervisor." And hung up the phone. 5 seconds later the phone rings again. Being the nice guy I am I thought ohh maybe he is going to apologize. WRONG. Instead of an apologetic customer service representative an angry probably soon to be unemployed Jon started screaming in my ear evryprofanity he could think all while telling me the truck is being reported stolen and of course I told him to call the police Because I was busy and this is absurd. One more call went straight to voicemail with no answer on my end. That evening I returned the truck after hours ensuring I took pictures of every inch of the truck the same as I had when I picked it up. I received a final bill today with a full extra day charge. And I am being charged full price for a dolly that was never in the truck. I even mentioned to the manager that brought the vehicle and he said there was a note there was not a dolly in it. Sooo, I ended up with an extra $85 bill after the original charge of $61. I tried contacting the location that all this went through and they refuse to take my calls. If I am unable to handle the billing issue directly through customer service I will be
