Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI haven't needed U-Haul services for a decade I was completely blown away that there's actually no staff at the location.. the phone is not answered you have to call back numerous times to get someone on the phone I find this.... Insulting.. what's the answer they're nice .. however even if it's 2026 I expect someone to be there when I arrive to hand me my keys and go through the motions
ROBERT BHave staff onsite. Or a working website. It took 30 minutes to self check in on multiple phones.
DaCota WIt’s frustrating that I made a pick up appointment 5 minutes from our house to be told we would save a ton of money if we do the random location pick up and have the first 30 miles covered. Doesn’t help when the location to pick up was 23 miles from us, therefore it not being worth it. We let the representative know where we were moving from and to, and were told one thing and what I raised concerns about happened even though I was told it was unlikely. Very frustrated with the situation and it made moving more chaotic.
Ashley OInside cab had garbage in it. I want to call out the person that answered the phone and helped me with this rental at Superior. She was awesome and made my pickup so easy, and she fixed my one way rental time . Great job !! Thank you so much
