I feel I was overcharged. I wanted to rent the trailer for Saturday. So I went Friday afternoon to set it up. I was told they were too busy on Saturdays so I would need to pick it up Friday. I said ok so went ahead and filled out the paperwork. We'll they charged me for 2 days. And when I brought it back Saturday. At 3pm less than 24 hours from when I checked it out. No one was in the office. There were people in the shop. And no one came out to help. I unhooked the trailer and just left. On Monday I called as I was asked to do and report when I returned the trailer. And when I did this all I got was ok thanks well get it checked in. I should have just gone to the regular u haul location in grand island.
