Thankful the owner came in early. I had a mobile pickup and after two hours trying to get the app to let me get keys and go, owner showed up and helped me by doing a manual check in. If he hadn’t done that I would have been there hours. Your app experience needs improvement but the location was great.

Robert GThis location was very helpful and checked me in after two other attempts at other locations where one was not an approved U-Haul return location and the other told me they were full and rejected me. Don’t believe you can go to any U-Haul and do a return which is what I was told.
Robert SI'm getting way over charged. My contract gave me 30 miles for a 2-day rental so I've been charged for the two day rental and for all of the miles which cannot be correct because I didn't go anywhere hardly there's no way I put a hundred miles on there I may have put 30 40 miles tops so there's no way that's accurate and I've been charged for both I didn't even get a lot of the 30 miles that are part of the contractor each day so no I wouldn't recommend this to anybody
