Twisted Metal was great, they were easy to work with and very friendly. We had to pick up the truck after hours , so had to use the phone check out process and it SUCKS. It was difficult and made it impossible to use. When we called U-Haul to get help, it took an hour to get a call back. That is unacceptable... Once we got a person on the phone, they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and guided us through the check in, but it took over an hour and a half to get checked in ( one hour for call back and another thirty minutes on the phone) I will never rent a truck again from U-Haul, if this is the process.

Teresa E.Although the salado uhaul was great, the days began with a uhaul challenge. I had made a reservation at a different location, and when I arrived , they not only did not have a truck for me , but no other location in the immediate area would answer their phone to see if they had a truck available. ( it was after 9am) .
