Poor gas mileage. 8-22MPG Had what sounded like an exhaust leak when starting it up. RON & CHUCK were excellent in trying to get me a truck. But your os system is disappointing. Watched Ron type on the correct info yet it sent me an email saying I was going to a different state and 150 % the price quoted.

Had trouble with the App when picking up the truck rental
Debra PThey were closer hours before they were supposed to be. The key drop box was unlocked and the combination lock boxes were too small for the uhaul tag to fit into.
Wesley DI did not rent this , somehow my name got used and all my information. I called the headquarters in Springfield , Missouri and they didn’t do anything. Not sure How this happened but this doesn’t look good on U-haul!
