Sylvia BPlease improve the reservation process and the online check in process. What a hassle! A person in an emergency situation on the road, broke down, calling the only place that has mobile pickup available after hours isn't going to have their Lease (as proof) with them! Calling for references at night, on a weekend? Businesses aren't open, people are inconvenienced! The wait, in the rain, was indescribably horrid! It took 2 hours to complete the process. Do better at being a good choice, in an emergency situation ! You might get more business!
