Customer service needs to improve. When walking to the store some of the staff was just sitting, not looking professional. Also stay focus with equipment is requested. Customer shouldn't have call the store, additional time to go back to store to get equipment.

Woman was unpleasant, didn't answer questions well and though I had been told I could return the truck there, she told me I could not. When I asked about the Dallas Hwy drop off point, she told me no but another person working there said it could be dropped there. Made me do my own vehicle inspection.

Even though there was a line and the place was busy, the gentleman who assisted us made us feel as though we were the only one in the room. Excellent customer service both in the office, and the gentleman who helped us with the truck outside on the lot. Great experience.

When truck was returned clerk checked gas gauge and said four gallons used. I asked for mileage, total of 7.9 miles, I don't think I used 4 gallons of gas. She charged me for 2 which was still too much. Might find a different way of measuring fuel usage. Otherwise, staff was pleasant.

The only complaint I had was with the tow trailer for the car. the right side ramp fell out twice when the two employee's showed me how to use it. They should have given me a new trailer instead of sending me with that one. When trying to get the car onto the tow trailer after loading the truck the ramp fell off six times costing me 3 hours of frustration having to jack up both sides of the car and try again and again to get the car on. The employee's should have realized that ramp was defective and shouldn't have been sent out since it happened twice with them while demoing it to me. Fortunately my car didn't sustain any damage but it was very frustrating.

We had a reserved pick up time of 10:00 AM. We arrived at 9:50, but didn’t leave until 10:20. There were two guys working, but they couldn’t seem to find keys or trucks. It seemed very unorganized and inefficient. People who are moving are usually on a pretty strict schedule, kinda sucky when the day starts off behind. Many people reserve in advance, so you should be able to evaluate how many employees you should have staffed. Also, I understand the concept of bring it back with the same amount of fuel you picked it up with. However, picking up a truck with 1/4 of a tank or less also puts people behind by having to stop for fuel right away.

Both people were on the phone with customers and spent about fifteen minutes talking to them. I would be nice if one took care of in-person customers while the other did both.

There was no zip tie on the dolly they told me I had to pay $24.00 and after charged me $38.00 they had one person checking people out and a line twenty customers long

Long wait when needing to talk to a representative at location. However they were busy with customers so not their fault. Great service.

Check in required a repeat of all the info (name address, phone, backup #, etc.) That was entered on line to make the reservation. 20 minutes from time check in at counter to time trailer was attached to my vehicle. Unable to use express check in because system would not accept my 6 digit license number. Repeatedly got 'reenter your number without any special characters or spaces'. My number is 6 numbers, no alpha, no dashes or spaces.

The above mentioned facility was able to assist me two times: My original reservation request at the madrona/commercial location was given away, this did not make me happy. I then called to make another reservation over the phone and specifically requested a truck with an ez load ramp, i was reserved a 10foot truck, which does NOT have an ez load ramp. The 12th street location upgraded me to the 15 foot truck with the ramp, appreciated. However I will never use or recommend the online reservation process again.

Greet customers when they enter shop. One salesperson just sat at the desk and did not interact with customers until directly spoken to. Keep water container on Courick coffee maker and water dispenser full.

The unit was quickly attached to my tow vehicle which had an issue with the lights. They found a quick solution to my problem and had me on the road in record time.

Cargo box was covered in a white dusty material...similar to sheetrock. Vehicle ran & performed well but outside on body rough looking with many many scratches & dings as well as the truck not washed. Staff friendly & courteous.

I reserved a pick up truck on friday 3 days before. It said it was available then when I got there they said they were down a truck and I ended up having to get a larger moving truck that had way more space then I needed and I had to pay more. It was very frustrating. I've used this location before and never had a issue though.
