24/7 option at drop off didn't work. Had an error everytime I tried to up upload the pics. And customer service waiting time was more than 30 min. Had to leave the truck at the parking lot of the location and come back the next day to returned properly. Thank God I had an extra day to return it. My recommendation, create an app and it'll be easier.Luis Alfredo Q.
My big rig gets 6 miles to the gallon with 43000 pounds the 15 foot truck was driven not loaded to 1/2 capacity for 17 miles and 20 miles empty and the truck used over 8 gallons! That's less than 4 miles to the gallon. Terrible!!!Sterling R.
Originally had a truck reservation for 5/29 at 3 pm at a different location and was supposed to be contacted by Uhaul the day prior for verification. Didn't hear a thing, and when we stopped by the location to check, they had no reservation, no truck. So we went to this location, and they were not able to give us anything until the next morning. Very poor reservation management on the part of Uhaul.Jeffrey R.
I was very disappointed when I try drop in it on the location at Vance Jackson they wanted to charge $200. When I was told I was able to drop it off to my nearest location. But make in it clear. The location at Austin Highway. Had no problemRosa B.

Not on this visit but on a previous visit and use of a 15 footer, the steering was loose and a little difficult to keep going straight. I did not exceed 50 mile an hour due to the trucks steering would allow the truck to "walk" from one lane to another. In heavy traffic, I slowed down to around 35/40 mph of which hampered the flow of traffic. I did report this information to the rental office upon returning the truck.GEORGE W.

Their sign directing the public on where to return rental equipment was turned in the wrong direction. It directed people to the side of the building, not under the canopy in front of the building. After I asked one of the UHaul employees, he directed me to the front, so I had to back up the big rental truck and moved it to the canopy. Employee quickly checked it in, but they told me I would have to talk to UHaul customer service about the wipers I had to replace.Guillermo C.
Everything was fine til I got a call the next morning asking where the truck was. Qe had returned it after a few hours of getting it. The rep forgot to close it out. The call I got was very rude and the guy said he would call back and never did. Dont know if he was having a bad day or what but I did nothing to warrant him being rude with me.vicki B.
Battery died in the truck and I had to jump start it. Thankfully had another vehicle and cables but would not recommend. Also had an issue with the increase in cost for dropping off the vehicle during non working hours. Should be options for drop off like it was advertised without an increased rate. Just utilized U-haul service earlier this year and did not have these issues but will be looking for other options the next time I move.SEAN S.
How about better customer service when entering. I felt like a bother to everybody, except for this young man, R. Reese whom I came to return the rental to. He actually asked if everything went okay. We went over the little bit of paper work. He made sure things were correct. As I was leaving I saw that he started sweeping out the U-haul even though I only used it to transport a single glass top table so I know there was really nothing there to sweep but the fact that he did it anyway made me smile. He went above and beyond and made me feel appreciated. Great worker!Ashley C.

I rented a 15 ft truck for 1 day to move about 3.5 miles away, thinking I could do it in one trip. I soon realized I had severely underestimated every aspect of the move from helpers to mileage to how long I'd need the truck. I called the general number & was able to re rent the truck till 11 the next morning. At 11AM, I called the store & plead for 1 more hour, which they graciously granted. When I arrived at 12:20, the employees were very understanding and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE EXTRA DAY! I definitely recommend U-haul! My experience was positive from pick up to drop off and every aspect in between!SHirley W.

Make sure the tires are in good condition, all the lights work and repairs are made to damaged fenders. The first tow dolly had holes in the fender and the left running light didn't work so we switched to a different one. We had to go back 2 town dollies because the next in line had a problem. The one we took had a flat after a few hours.amy M.

I reserved equipment ahead of time 24 hours before, only to be told it's not available 20 minutes before arrival... Very disappointing when moving to a new city, and very difficult to overcome. I had to settle for a smaller truck and will now have to make another trip.... rediculous when reservation was already confirmed online the day prior. I got a smaller truck, but had to pay the same price...and they could not explain why.... It would be great if reservations made were kept by the company. They sure are quick to charge when the vehicle was returned with only SLIGHTLY less gas.Alexander W.
