There was a mistake by Cristina from U-Haul (who made a schedule change and forgot to set this location as the drop-off point for the unit), and the person at this place didn't make the slightest effort to help me resolve it. I had to call U-Haul customer service, and begrudgingly, with hard-to-understand language, they accepted the truck. They also told me I would get an email with the charges. I asked which charges since nothing was pending, but they ignored me and went on with their own things. I received the email with no charges, just as I expected.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe people at the location were very friendly. Excellent customer service.!
Christopher PWhen I arrived, I was told that I would have to be paying $10 more to rent a bigger truck because the 15 foot truck I had reserved is not available because of a maintenance issue and they were not able to override the system to send it to me and with that I’ve lost an hour on my rental and was still told that I had to return the truck by 3 PM
Chase SA very pleasant, quiet and clean location; staff were very helpful.
