Finding a office for pick up is little harder, it would help if they put a board for the new customers to pick up their rides.

MATTHEW YOverall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this location. When I arrived to pick up my reserved truck, the employee responsible for the rental was not on-site. I was informed that I would need to wait an additional hour to an hour and a half for them to arrive, which was a significant inconvenience. Once I finally received the truck, it had not been properly cleaned, and the fuel tank was only 1/8 full. After leaving the location, I also realized that the dolly I had reserved had not been provided, requiring me to return to the facility. I do want to acknowledge the woman working at the front desk. She genuinely tried to assist us and was kind throughout the interaction. However, she repeatedly expressed that she was unfamiliar with the rental process and was hesitant to release the truck because she did not know the proper procedures. As a result, she was unable to answer many of our questions, leaving us without the guidance and support we expected. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disorganized, frustrating, and well below the standard of customer service I anticipated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to others.
JANICE WI was charged extra for the fuel although I have filled fuel of 1 gallon from my end for the distance I travelled, just 10 miles.
