The van was a little dirty inside but that could be residual from the lot. No big deal to me. I tried the online pick up but still had to go inside to get the key. Next time I'll just go inside for pick up. Return was easy. Rep meet me outside before I even got out of van. Asked if everything was good and road off.

ANNETTE TEverything went well with checkout and return no issues during rental.
KARLA RReserved truck online. Upon arrival they were expecting me so pulling up my reservation was quick and easy. When I returned the truck all I had to do was park it, leave the key in the ignition and leave. I received my receipt within the hour with no additional charges. This location is recommended if you plan on using U-haul.
Terry RI was charged 39 for the uhaul rental and then another 30 for the miles which were 31. This means that I was charged $1 per mile, plus gas. I filled the tank to just below half and then the pic I saw of the estimated fuel was well below where I actually filled it. I don't know why I have to pay for miles and gas. Double charge is not acceptable.
