I drove 20 miles and paid 18 dollars to fill the gas tank.I paid 4.17 per Gallon... not sure how I used over 4 Gallons of gasoline in 20 miles. I mean 5 miles per gallon is kind of unheard of. Overall service was good, the customer service was good, just a bit expensive for me. Thank you.ROBERTO L.
Maria was very sweet! She got us in and out in no time. They didn't try and sneak in extra fees. They were very black and white. When we returned the vehicle they just asked for mileage and a picture of the gas tank and that was it! Was nervous about dealing with a shady Uhaul renter but they were awesome and would 100% go back!REID N.
The UHaul experience I had was truly terrible.Â I booked the UHaul Tuesday, five days before I needed it, to be picked up at the PB location. I was moving and had something to pick up at 5pm. When I got there the cargo van UHaul I had booked wasn't there. The only ones available were larger ones that wouldn't fit in my parking port. I waited an hour while the attendant called UHaul customer service. The woman on the line was incredibly rude, told me she wasn't here to help me, was in a different department and hung up on me. The gas station attendantÂ can verify this.Â After a considerable amount of time, the only option given to me was to uber - again- as I had ubered to the PB location to pick it up - to the Linda Vista location which is miles away. Once I ubered there I picked it up but had missed my 5pm pick up, so lost out on that completely, which was one of the reasons I had booked the UHaul in the first place. I was also told that to drop off the UHaul at the PB location would cost me extra, so I had to go out of my way, add miles - which put me over 100 miles- and took tile out of my contract to drop it back, and get another uber all the way home.Â When I went to pay the balance there was a $50 charge ADDED to the bill. The attendant at Linda Vista had to override this charge, as I had been told it was to be deducted as the van I ordered wasn't available. I had such a terrible experience I would absolutely not recommend UHaul to anyone.ÂStephanie M.

Location was good and very convenient. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Actual rental time of use was not accurate at pickup due to issue with Uhaul site. Was unable to upload photos at beginning of rental or return. Again, staff was quick to assist making the overall experience quick and easy. Will contact location directly for future rental.ARI D.

The truck was parked in an area that was very hard to back out of, the worker was not able to really answer any questions I had, and the right passenger side mirror was broken making it even more difficult to back the uhual out of the difficult parking spot.Joel R.

I normally do t do this but I'm gonna take my time and tell you guys about my scary experience. The truck I picked up was full of junk.. I checked all parts of the truck but I didn't open the back and check the back when I picked it up, cause I never had any problems with uhual , it was always easy and fast and no problem at all.. BUT NOT THIS TIME.. I called them as soon as I found out the truck was full of tree bushes, and one guy said he acknowledged the problem I had. And When I went to drop of the truck, there was another guy says this is my problem I can't return it until the truck is clear.. And making phone calls and things like that.. I was really scared... it was a sketchy little market run by couple rude guys! Anywho.. make sure to check ALL parts of the truck when you pick it up guys! Cause apparently Sketchy people are using uhaul to make their business nowadays!Esma Q.

The truck was dirty inside and out. The truck should be fully wiped down between people. The inside cab looked like it had never been wiped down. The back had a lot of black debris. Especially with the COVID situation,I would think that you would want to make sure things were extra clean. Disappointed in the cleanliness.Chris N.

Well it took over an hour to get a truck. The clerk was so busy and the link he sent me to photo copy my CDL would not go through. Then a 2nd clerk appeared thank God, she seemed to be more familiar with the process, then I got my receipt and my vehicle, hallelujah so I thought. The truck had been vandalized, their was no liesence plate. And upon further investigating the cab had graffiti all on the dash. They gave me another truck and finally if was off to move. The txt to evaluate the truck expired before I had a chance to use it. I called Uhaul and asked for another link. That failed to go through as well. Over all I made this nightmare a pleasant dream. Kudos to the female who swooped in and saved me from throwing in the who dealBonnie D.
Truck was muddy in the cabin and outside. Staff did not accompany me before pick up and after drop off. Convenient location but I had some expectation about friendliness of the staff, also could be more helpful I have been charged dolly and blankets which were sealed and not used. Good thing I looked closely at the bill before I left. Still waiting on that refund of $5 each. Not super professional.Jacques M.
