The cab of the truck I rented was not very clean. The other place I rented from a week ago wiped down the vehicle cab between every customer. Also, the truck I had looked like it was in tow mode and I did not know how to get it out of that mode as I was not towing anything.
It was terrible. Rude staff. Overcharged me. Never responded to my emails requesting explanations after they asked me for feedback.. I filled gas tank up and they charged me anyway...added a sales charge . Never will use this locale again and will tell my friends not too. Really disappointed and they used to be good.
I had a really enjoyable experience. Wasn't expecting an actual Postal Annex but I love Postal Annexs and am happy there is a duo-business thing going on. The girl that helped was super friendly and helpful!
Better Variety of sizes of trucks.
The trucked should have been cleaned, i try to submit the photos but your app is another nightmare, I am sure know one will read this, but I'll write it, just to let it out. Truck was not ready to be rented out, you need to do a better job. I took truck becuse I was running late.
From reservation, to pickup, to return, the process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and very friendly.
truck was dirty, but it was not a big deal, did not affect use.

The first truck wouldn't start the mileage was on half full but they charge me for full.
The location lost the keys to the truck I reserved so I had to use a smaller van which stored less stuff so I had to make two trips which ended up costing me a lot more money.

I was very impressed at how well they were willing to accommodate; when I needed the uhaul a bit longer than expected.
I refilled the tank until it clicked. I then topped it off. I then drove a quarter of a mile to return it and then I see they charged me for fuel. It was physically impossible to put over $6 of fuel in that tank yet that site managed to do so. Very disappointed in that.
When i used the truck the fuel is not full its half only...but when i return the truck i did gas up in full tank..nextime make sure the fuel is full...
revisar bien las millas que marca el tablero del van por que era diferente al del contrato y mencobraron 2 millas de mas que yo no utilize.
The battery was broken, I was stranded for a few hours before it was fixed and I was finally able to return the truck
Took too long to recieve reserved vehicle, computer was not able to process my payment with valid card and adequate funds, had to print promissory note leading me to call the company to pay for rental, causing me more hassle, and the company was closed when i called, possibly leading me to pay for a late fee I have to still call tomorrow.
Easy Check in and out. Reserved online and returned the truck from my phone. Easiest Uhaul rental I've ever done.
Let the customer know beforehand about the return process, I found out after I dropped the keys off in the drop box. I didn't know I would need to enter the information, mileage, pictures, etc.
The whole experience was easy and quick. We needed something immediately and they took care of us. I would use this location again.
I rented the 10 foot truck, the associate told me it's fuel is at 1/2 a tank so return it at 1/2 a tank. I said ok, I drove to my house approximately 2 miles away. I saw the tank was at 1/4 tank and called the place to inform them, they basically said you already took it so how would we know? So I said fine. I returned the truck clean with a 1/2 tank of gas and the associate who rented the truck apologized as he said that the person who rented it before me wrote a 1/2 tank of fuel as a mistake. I said well can I be reimbursed for my fuel ($25) and they told me no you already returned it.

Check the equipment and make sure the green lock is attached to the all the equipment before renting a truck to anyone. Make sure the trucks and windows are clean. Other than that all was good.
