Be sure to have your office open on time, we had to call a number on the front to have the owner arrive hand us the keys. The checking out with the app will still have you do the steps but if they are not at the location then you don’t get the physical keys. The truck was not maintained well, I did not get the dolly or blankets that I was charged for. I received the truck with only a quarter of a tank left. Lucky I wasn’t driving far.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDanny was really helpful
GINA SI schedule a pick up and within 30 min was able to pick up the equipment. Very fast and easy process. Definitely recommend this place.
Jose DIsabella was polite, professional, and went out of her way to make sure the truck was ready to go. Thank you!
Brett CNo, unfortunately this location did not provide a good customer experience. We called the location seven times to confirm they were open but were unable to reach anyone. When we arrived during their posted business hours, no one was on-site to assist us with unhooking the trailer. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially after making multiple attempts to confirm that someone would be available.
