Tried to return vehicle but no one was in the office and the door was locked (in the middle of regular business hours around 2:00 pm). Had to wait twenty minutes to return the vehicle and many customers we waiting by the time employee returned. At pick up there was a warning light in the vehicle the the right tire was low and air should be added. I notified the team of this and was told the gauge was broken which was fine but made me nervous that I might be blamed for the issue later.
Then items selected in advance when making the reservation were not available. I was told that they can't make them available, but I was still charged for all of them. Plus the back and forth on the odd and whom to ask for them cut into my reservation time. What's the point of reserving ahead of time if no attention is paid by the staff of what's reserved? They said it's on the customer to request the right things that they included in their reservation. I'm due a refund but the person who contacted me for feedback is not replying.
The mileage wasn't recorded and they charged me for stuff I didn't even get such as 7 gal gas after returning the truck with the same level of gas.
If Lisher Anderson, the name that shows up on the receipt, is the gentleman who helped me at the counter when I picked up the 10' truck, I'd like to thank him in particular for his patience and through explanations about the process. He is also friendly and greeted me when I returned the vehicle. I appreciated his assistance and positive attitude. Regarding the recommendation question: I do not offer unsolicited recommendations. If asked, I would share my experiences with U-Haul and let them make up their own mind.
Wouldn't mind if the elevator was more quiet but overall a well run facility.
I ordered online for an online pickup. When I got there, the website would not work - saying my location was disabled even though i specifically went into firefox to make sure it was enabled. 2) There was a homeless encampment in the parking lot 3) The woman who rang me up added insurance onto my online registration, even though I specifically NOT clicked insurance 4) She also added a "$14 facility fee" which was not part of my online order price estimate that she said was "for this location only". What?? The uhaul website never mentioned an extra "facility fee" which pretty much doubled the cost of the truck. 5) The van was filthy outside -- I don't really care about that, but it was filthy. 6) The van had a terrible CLANK (not a clunk, but a clank, like hitting to pieces of metal pipe together) when shifting gears into reverse I think... again I don't really care, just thought you should know I will say the woman at the counter was very friendly and got my order processed quickly and efficiently -- but the extra, secret "fee" was annoying.
Had to take my chances with parking on the street and getting back in time to avoid a parking ticket which would have added at least $75 to the total cost of renting a truck.
The service here was horrible. I was talking to one of the employee but couldn't hear clearly what the employee was saying because he was wearing a mask and there was the plastic shield between us. since I couldn't hear it I asked couple times to repeat what he was saying and he just said the fuck it to me. Horrible experience and poor customer service.
The young man at the counter who assisted me was extremely rude. He made statements such as "I already told you that once" and "patience is a virtue, why don't you get some." When I noticed damage on the van that was not listed in the photos I went back into the store to tell him. His response was "don't make me tell you about the app again. I already told you all of this. Go back and use the app like I told you." Very poor attitude and spoke to me with such hostility. I still don't understand why he was so blatantly and repeatedly rude with me. To say he was unprofessional would be a gross understatement. I will not come back to this location again.
The individual i checked in with was short and presumed we knew exactly what to do. It was not an experience I want to have when doing something so rare as rent a u-Haul
When I went to the location, my online app did not allow me to checkout/use my reservation. Then I spoke to one of the associates, and they told me there was nothing they could do because their system had not been working all day, and I needed to wait. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, the manager finally decided to get me a truck through their system. The only problem is, the truck she provided me had the wrong mileage and gas on the paper. I had to take pictures to let them know that the mileage was not at 6k and 4k. Also, the tank was 1/4 full and not 3/4 full. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I will avoid coming here moving forward.
Employees at this location are professional and personable. They all always make sure I'm taken care of. Treat your employees well uhaul management. Good employees are hard to fine.
The truck had some technical problems. The door indicator in the dashboard did not turn off even if all the doors were closed. But the staff helped me to get another one really fast
I was not made aware of all the potential additional charges. I thought it'd be a $20 rental and it turned into a $180 rental. I made a reservation from 1pm to 7pm and I really wish I would've been made aware of how to return it after hours without being penalized an extra day.
This location is ok, and I really liked the U-Haul attendant who checked me in and out! Very professional and thorough! However, it's located under an underpass, so it's nearly impossible to tell if the photos are accurate, even in broad daylight. The stalls are tight, and there is no attendant available to check your vehicle as you drive up. The signs are misleading. Also, van was very dirty at checkout. Especially in times of COVID, I would expect a thorough cleaning for each van.
Had a terrible time returning the vehicle, no place to put it and a lack of clear instructions. Will not use this place again
Make the return process slightly more clear. But overall it was a very smooth, easy, affordable process!

Our experience far surpassed expectations. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Parking was easy. The whole process was simple and the cost was nearly exactly as I was quoted (maybe a few $ less)! Thanks so much.
Rented online to pick up "24/7" truck share, when I arrived to pick up my truck, there was no key for the vehicle and no one available to give me one so I rescheduled for next morning. I arrive next morning sign in to get vehicle with my phone, an error call customer service message pops up, called and after being on hold for 10 minutes talking to guy getting disconnected, try to get key again, could not get photo required to upload, I called location only to be told in a very rude tone that I'm not allowed to rent because I returned a van late on a previous rental (I had several very emotional personal issues arise and I called & extended and paid for the extra days and returned it as agreed when they said they needed it back so I don't know what their problem is-i guess they just have so much buisness that they don't care to retain mine.) Sad cause previously i Had given this location a good review- I take all that back. They're RUDE
Clean the equipment from outside before renting.
Due to covid-19 when asked to waive the late fees, we had a hard time trying to get the late fees waived and was told that that would be the last time they would do that for us even though we pay every month....

When I picked up, a lady worker ignored me for about 10 mins while I waited socially distanced from a customer being helped by a man. When I returned I ask the same person to help me back up when she yelled at me from behind the desk to move the the other lot. I asked repeatedly and she refused and. I felt afraid of backing without guidance which made me very angry. She refused to give me her name.
