Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was doing it on the app when Pete said he will handle it and modified my reservation. He said the price is the same even if I drop it later. I had asked him specifically about the charges if I drop after the place closes. He said it's nothkng, just park and drop off the keys. I was not told about the 21 dollars which were charged extra. What a scam.
Vishal SProbably one of the nicest vehicles I have ever rented and good customer service. The only deduction was not knowing the process to rent or pick up equipment, as U-Haul needs clearer details on this or how to do it.
Brett PThank you
CANDACE GPick up was easy and the equipment was well maintained. But after hours drop off is a pain - the food trucks next door attract a large number of customers who park in the area where we are supposed to leave the rental trucks/vans and it's extremely difficult to leave your van in the right spot, and even more challenging with space limitations to take pictures of the vehicle after drop off.
