Van was out of gas, on E. Van was dirty, reservation was booked wrong, and they called next day asking when the van was being returned (when we are done like we told you yesterday, 2 days from now). Need better phone support too, on hold 1hr 20min. Yikes!!!VAN P.

When I received my email receipt there was a $20 charge for an "after hours". I picked up and returned the trailer in the middle of the day so I am seeking to understand why the charges was levied. Thank you for your assistance.Patrick L.
The movers were vary late, for a very good reason but I add this because when they got there as fast as they could. They emptied out the truck very quickly and professionally. I would maybe suggest more text communication between the moving helpers and the customer. I had to call them a few times to get updates. Again they did well.Brian D.

they did not have my 24/7 pickup ready. the drivers door did not close all the way and i was told "just slam it hard". seemed bothered when asked to log damage to truck that didnt have X sticker on it. seem liek they dont want to be there. website and app is awful. called 800 customer service and they were not helpful, they transferred me and i got a "20 minute wait" message.Timothy P.

The only issue I had was with billing. Even though I marked the gas level prior to departure and put 5 bucks of gas in- the bill showed up as $77 for gas! Thankfully a nice employee saw my shock and helped update the price but it was not a pleasant aupriseBehzad N.
TV packing box was a joke- complete waste of money. No one told us when we checked out at the counter that we would have to turn in the truck online, and that process was excruciatingly long and frustrating. We were charged 2 days even though we arrived back in the lot exactly 12 hours after checking out, as per our reservation. A light inside the cab would not go off and it beeped the whole way. When we called to ask how to shut it off, they did not know how. The truck had only a quarter tank of gas in it when we picked it up.William A.
