I put gas for 5+ gallons after I use only 75 miles. Later uhaul charges me another 5 gallons $30 more.Sung C.
I had to wait in line forever before somebody would help me. I saw two people coming in and out and thought since they worked at U-Haul they could see there was a line and be more accommodating but that did not happen.Karla C.

The gas was only half full when I got the truck. And the lady at the counter marked it as a full tank. I hardly drove 10 miles and I saw that it was already half, I filled up a couple of gallons. It is not fair. Not even sure if they had filled the tank.SRIHITA R.

There needs to be more then one attendant available for the register at ALL times. One for people that have an exciting reservation and another for people without a reservation. Process was very very slow and I already had a reservation. Overall it was friendly and good, just slow.Roberto D.

The morning I got the van went well untill I called in the afternoon because I was told to just call to let them know if I was going to be later than my turn in time. I got a attitude because the person on the phone said there was a extra charge which I was never told. And then when i go turn the van in the guy there asked me if I tampered with odometer.
