The location was fine. The app and website sucks. I apparently booked a van at the same time as someone else but their pickup time was earlier so the van wasn’t there when I arrived. The login process was excruciating and I couldn’t complete. I have an account. The website kept showing an error when using my email or phone and logging in or creating an account. One time code never arrived via phone. The app only had the option for phone which my account is created with. I used the website as a guest and had multiple white pages appear.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is the first time I’ve rented from this U-Haul store. I really like the pick up and drop off service easy deal friendly staff. I’ll rent from this store again.
Kirby KI was assisted by Vicky at House of Wine and Spirits, and she was great. The whole process was easy, and the app also helped. Excellent experience and will be back to rent here if the need arises.
Ursula PIt was impossible to fill the gas tank. Something was wrong with it. You had to barely squeeze and hold the entire time so gas filled very slowly and it took quite a bit of strength and over 30 minutes just to put 20 gallons in.
Amber SYay! Excellent through and through and a great deal! Will use again and recommend to all :) Staff at the store were very friendly and helpful, too!
