Todd WI selected to check out at the counter with an 8:00 am appointment only to find the office did not open until 9:30 am. I had to take over 30 min to get my booking changed to a self-checkout. Not happy that when U-Haul changed my pickup location, I was not informed that the office did NOT open until 9:30. I ended up being late for my scheduled pickup time.

Ting-Chi LThe staff was great and very helpful. We reserved a truck online and when we got there, everything was ready for us to go. The whole sign-in and getting to the vehicle was fast! (10 min or less) I’ll definitely be using this location again.
