Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI want to say a HUGE thanks to Mr. James for his overall assistance. I was unable to properly access the website due to the wifi where I was located. Mr. James was extremely patient and professional; he coached me through and ultimately I was able to complete the process. Job well done!!!
shirley bExcellent customer service!!!
shirley bGreat job thank U. It was my first time experiencing doing business with y'all and it was extremely excellent 💝
Arneatrus WHave better communication !!!! I got there and the size truck I rented was not available so I had to go get a smaller truck which made us use more mileage and gas due to more trips and have to pay more money when I called customer service they said that they would discount the mileage and take off the fee for the second day and they never did! This is ridiculous when I called back and asked for a supervisor to contact me I was told they would but they never did!
