Have better communication !!!! I got there and the size truck I rented was not available so I had to go get a smaller truck which made us use more mileage and gas due to more trips and have to pay more money when I called customer service they said that they would discount the mileage and take off the fee for the second day and they never did! This is ridiculous when I called back and asked for a supervisor to contact me I was told they would but they never did!
