At first she was concerned that the truck would not be back in time. She called early to offer a bigger truck at no extra charge. Reserved a truck a couple days early and then the day of picking it up they did not have it available and was available a hour later than o reserved. The store location closed at 7pm and I arrived at 6:50 and the young gentleman refused to receive my truck when I dropped it off because he said he stopped doing that at 6:45.

Charged me 12 dollars for gas! After I just put 20$ in the tank!. He said the needle was before the red line so they had to do it? WHEN THAT'S EXACTLY HOW I PICKED IT UP! If In had known it was such a big deal I would've put anothern2 dollars in the tank!. . Should've used hertz! U guys ripped me off..

I know it was a busy day but we were in a rush and we had to wait 30 minutes to get our truck. Also, I would have appreciated an employee explaining how the after hours online return worked. I tried logging in at the location and could not remember my password at 11pm, I was tired so I figured I would do it at home. Then when I was home I finally got logged in and it needed location verification that I was at the UHaul location, AND I would need to take a picture of the truck. At this point, I was exhausted from moving all day and I just left it. Then the next morning I was charged $20 convenience fee since I didn't complete the online return. I just wish someone could have explained that I needed to complete that return AT Uhaul when I dropped it off, I really had no idea. I am very annoyed with this.

I had a Tow vehicle failure because of mechanical breakdown moments after leaving the facility and was not given a refund or partial refund even though the auto transport was NOT used. Management was even called to see if anything could be done and it was denied. I will not be doing business with you even though I have been a faithful customer for years. And I will share my experience on social media because it seems as if you haul needs the money more than my family and our budget. A SAD DAY. And this is on top of spending almost an hour waiting for your computer systems to figure out what my online reservations were not finalized and had to be all done all over again. Just a total experience that was negative from the very beginning to the end

Nothing, the service and the cleanliness was impeccable. Luigi and Michael were outstanding with my rental experience. Check your vehicles for correct mileage. We did the same route the same amount of times as the previous time we had the truck. About a week ago. This time it was $10 more.

Here is what you are missing. When I reserved this truck it only allowed for 38 miles. I informed the CSR at the pick up location that it was not enough. Even Google Maps proved that point. He offered an additional 5 miles as "the best he is allowed to do", getting me to 43 miles. I said that wasn't enough either but I excepted because what else can you do? It's moving day. I went over by 0.1 on the mileage at turn in, and was charged 9 cents extra. 9 cents doesn't mean a thing to me, but I have to rent this same size truck again for the same trip in two weeks. That 9 cents cost U-Haul my business. Give your CSR's more power to assist the customer and some training in logic, and don't let a computer make poor customer service decisions for your company.
