David JGet rid of your A I system and do more extensive screening to verify if a potential u haul employees actually have cognitive abilities before hiring!
John SI would have given 5 star if not for the lack of knowledge Rep had while completing rental documentation. I suspect location rents 1-2 units per month (or less). English comprehension and spoken is also a concern.
