Had to pound on the door to wake the guy up. Equipment was not ready. In fact he didn’t even have it checked in from previous drop off. 2 tires were low and the location was overgrown with weeds. Way scary to start my experience this way

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI left multiple voice mail messages, bot the day before and the morning of my return of the equipment. No one ever returned any my calls. When I arrived at the drop off location I called, yet again, and still no one answered or responded to the voice mail message I left. I went inside the walk-through gate and knocked on the office door and the window. A dog barked from inside, but no one ever answered the door. At that point I called the national U-Haul number and explained my situation and was asked to simply leave the trailer in front of the business and I did so at the curb in front, took a video as per the U-Haul agent's request, and sent it to her immediately after. This hang-up caused me to be late for my next two appointments and I was not happy about that as I'm know for my punctuality.

Cassandra RI wish I'd remembered to ask his name. The young man who works at the front desk has helped me before. I've rented from this location a few times now. He really does a fine job and is to be commended. Always kind and professional. Look forward to using this UHaul location for future needs and recommending it to friends.
