I had to wait an exceptionally long time because somehow the Employee lost the keys to the truck that was parked in the front of the store for me. They also charged me for both a furniture and a utility dolly when I had only requested a utility dolly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy order was for a 15 foot truck (I have my email from uhaul to prove it) They tried to give me a 20ft truck. They said that 20ft was on my order. So someone there changed my order for some reason!! Finally we were set up for the 15ft. We got in the truck to leave, and they had given us the wrong key. Back into the office we went to get the right key. Also while me and my 2 son's waited in their lobby, the 2 employees decided to play cornhole. It was so loud when they threw the beanbags at the wooden holes that we had to wait outside. And this was one of the days that the temp outside was in the triple digits. And, then they charged us $77 to fill the gas which we were unable to do, due to exhaustion. Really??? $77. Worst experience ever!! Never again

Al HThe entire truck was covered in dirt unable to see safely out the windows or mirrors. The inside of the windows were just as bad with a film that was caked on. Being a commercial driver this truck would have been put out of service due to the condition of the windows inside and out. Being as dirty as it was on the outside too looked bad on U-Haul and its image.
John MGas showed 1/4 but it was 1/8. Employee notated after I showed the photo. Employee was super nice.
