I rented the equipment in Charleston, the equipment was confirmed but then , the day it was scheduled for pickup, it was kot available at the original location. Customer Service called me and arranged a pickup on a location over 60 miles away, which I had to accept as there wasn't anything available in the area. Then I was driviyto that location and called ahead, just in case, and they told me that the truck was already rented out to someone else. Unacceptable! I had to contact Customer Service again to get another location for pickup, which was further away. I ended up waisting 4 hours of my time and my family's time in this ordeal. Please manage better your inventory.

This place was a rip off. i went there on 10/7 at 3:45 pm with a friend to pick up a car hauler. I stated to the manager/owner that I would bring it back the next day around the same time probably sooner since i left work at 2pm and drove an hour home. He quoted me the price of 54.95 plus tax. i brought the hauler back the next day as stated prior to 3:30pm and parked it where the man working there told me too. The next day i checked my account and I was charged for 2 days. i called and said I brought it back within the time i said and that he was not there when I returned it but his employee was. He said he wold take care of it and refund that extra day. It has been almost a week and the charges still are on my card. I should not as a customer have to constantly call for what the manager/owner agreed upon. Maybe this was done due to my ethnicity because if the roles were reversed there would probably be a call to the news and affirmative action. but since I don't qualify for entitlement i guess i am out 54.95 plus tax. I do not recommend this business and will make sure everyone I know will not use it. In the future I will use a different rental company since this type of business is condoned by Uhaul

The gentleman who assisted me was very professional and courteous you guys have something need to store here you can stop by the truck no I have to clean up clean it out I got stuff to put into the car and I got a couple chairs to hang out so we can sit together. It I'm not trying to load you up I know I found the two guys freaking out because I didn't I wouldn't even to the house yesterday couldn't break into the house

MAKE SURE THE TIRES ON THE TRUCKS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITON, WE HAD A BLOWOUT ON THE FRONT TIRE ON ONE OF THE TRUCKS AND ALMOST CAUSED A CASASTROPIC ACCIDENT WHICH WOULD HAVE KILLED THE DRIVER AND ANY OTHER VECHICLE DRIVERS CLOSE TO THE TRUCK. THE TIRE ON THE TURCK OLD AND BARELY HAD TREAD LEFT ON IT. WE LOST A WHOLE DAY OF MOVING AS A RESULT OF THIS INCIDENT AND I BELIEVE THERE SHOULD SOME FORM OF CREDIT GIVEN.
