The lady was excellent. She made sure I had the only trailer that could go one way but the paperwork stated that I would be bringing the trailer back to Saraland Alabama. My first few calls were scary because they kept saying I had to bring the trailer back and I was disconnected before we could get everything together. Once I called the 1800 number they straightened everything out and it went smoothly.

Paul DThe attendant working at this location didn’t come to work on time. This resulted in my in ability to get the key to the U-Haul I had rented in the original time frame I needed it. It very much put a time restraint on our move day. She was also rude when I finally did get the key from her.
Laura PThe rep who was assisting me was a bit grouchy. If I had to guess it was because I asked why they didn't have the moving blankets I had reserved. She was quite short with me after that. Her printer wasn't working either and so she appeared quite frustrated with that as well and told me I would get an email for the contract. She apparently wanted me gone pretty badly because she gave me the keys and said bye. I had to ask her for my driver's license back and then she just kind of slammed it on the counter.
Tanah TLola, the manager was very helpful and friendly. She goes out her to make sure the customer is happy and the everything is correct
