Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOnly thing that I would change, is the 24 hour rental policy. If I pick up the trailer before close one day, and return it before close the next, it would be nice to be charged for 1 day. I understand rolling right over 24 hours pushes it to two days, but it shouldn't double the rental amount. Sask automotive and detailing was a great company to rent from.

Rod MWhen picking up my rental truck it was dirty and had feces in the box, I was not happy with having to clean the box out , when paying for the U-Haul I was specifically asked the address I was moving too from Saskatoon so not to get billed more kilometres. When done with the U-Haul and dropping it off I was charged extra kilometres and did not get my deposit back which was upsetting to me. I wish my experience could have been a better one, I am very discouraged to use U-Haul services again in the future. Somebody was not doing their job properly with cleaning the vehicle and setting up my kilometres for my move.
