When I called with questions about my return when it wasn't showing as completed (after-hours drop off hadn't been processed until afternoon of the following day), the person was rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. When it was finally processed, the transaction for the final invoice was flagged by the credit card company as suspect and declined even though I confirmed it when contacted. Instead of having the courtesy of contacting me to find out what the problem was or make different arrangements for payment, the file was closed and transferred to the collections side of U-Haul. I had to make more phone calls to get everything cleared up. If I ever need to use this company again, I will definitely NOT use the Good Morning Car Wash for any portion of the rental. I will drive a further distance to avoid them. Extremely poor customer service and gives the U-Haul company a very bad look/name. *Note: As the office was closed when I dropped off the truck, I could not see the condition of the office. My opinion if the location was clean and inviting was matched to the rest of my experience with them...poor.
