I was mislead by a text saying I had to have the truck returned by 9:30 pm when I had only rented it at 3:30 pm that same day. Since it was after hours I drove it to the lot and deposited the key with plan to return at 7 am when they opened to explain they were wrong with time of return. They said they had already checked the truck in and charged me an additional $20. I tried to explain but the guy was not willing to listen. I finished the move without the truck because I was following your prompts and didn't want to get into trouble. I feel like my money should be refunded. People should always "listen" to the customer. He didn't give me a chance and didn't care.

Manager was great. One older lady employ was horrible and because of her I would not recommend this store if she was not there this store is very good.

Prior to picking the truck up, I was told by Pam over the phone what the charges would be and when the truck needed to be returned. At check in I communicated this to Ross, but he did not follow through and charged me differently. I immediately questioned the pricing since it did not reflect what I was told by Pam and Ross responding by saying that he could not confirm when the truck needed to be returned until the transaction was complete. After completing the transaction and notifying him that it was wrong he told me there was nothing he could do because it was complete. Ross has poor customer service skills and is untrustworthy. I was very dissatisfied and had to make a call to get this resolved when it should have never been an issue in the first place. Ross should find a new career because making money being dishonest is not an ethical living and not a way to gain the respect of a customer.

Truck squeeked when driving and brakes worked but squeeked very loudly.

The trailer was in bad condition with U-Haul x’s all over it from dents , broken parts /welds, sides cracked with tape coving them and the paint all cracked. Overall did appear to be road worthy. There were two workers -1 male helping a customer and a female. When I walked in she walked outside passing me- stating I needed to wait Minutes later she came back and asked what I needed. I said I booked a trailer and was told no one was picking anything up today so I must be mistaken. After looking in the system- oh I guess I was picking up a trailer today she said by surprise. I needed to lift the trailer on to the car as she did not want to hurt herself. Wrong line of business for this older white haired lady

This is my second time renting a pickup truck from this location, and both times I had to wait extra long due to what seemed to be lack of employee knowledge of using the computer system. Both times my reservation needed to be changed to a walk-in to resolve computer issues, which makes it feel like actually reserving a vehicle is pointless. The first time in July 2019 there were issues with getting my ID associated with my account, among other issues with the computer. Yesterday, the employee checked in the person who came in before me as me; clearly not checking the name on their ID with the name on the reservation. He got as far as giving them the keys to the truck until they realized the mistake (I'm guessing because the other customers were presented with the wrong vehicle when they got outside). Their photo ID was associated with my account during their check-in, it was shown that my reservation was paid for with their cash, and my receipt still shows their address on my account. A female employee who was off the clock came in to help when she saw there were customers, and she changed my reservation to walk-in and got everything else corrected (besides the address, but that detail was never confirmed with me at the counter). I was there for nearly 45 minutes, with only one customer in front of me (the one who was misidentified as me and almost given a vehicle under my account). I understand computers issues happen, and I'm a fairly patient person, but yesterday's mistake of not verifying ID properly is a bigger issue that should be addressed with additional training or hiring of different staff. It boggles me that the employee took the other person's ID, scanned it into my account, and never realized the names didn't match. When I used the Uhaul app to make my reservation, it said "your wait time when you pick up was just cut in half" - which worries me that I could have had to wait twice as long as I did. It's a clean facility with a nice looking fleet of vehicles, but at this point I wouldn't recommend using this location to others or using it again myself.
