I was at the drop off location at 7 am to drop off the truck, but the time it took to upload all the pictures and information ended up costing me an extra day rental as it was nearly 7:30 am by the time the pictures uploaded. Besides, the drop off location was closed when I dropped off the truck. I am very disappointed that no grace is given.

Xavier S.The location is not on the map? GPS takes you to the wrong location. Also, there's almost nowhere to park cars. I'd recommend going somewhere else to drop off or pick up a U-Haul.
