The building was in a stage of construction. It seemed a little sketchy. The attendant knew exactly what to do, was quick, friendly, and went right to it. No problems there.

When I arrived, they could not find the key to the truck. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes before he located the key which was hanging near the cash register. When I tried to do the mobile check in, it didn't work and their computer inside errored out. I just took pictures of the truck and left. The air conditioner did not work the entire time I had the truck. I contacted Uhaul to ask for a time extension due to misplacing the key in one of my moving boxes. I was charged another $40. While this might be the policy, I just feel that this move overall was not the best representation of past experiences with Uhaul.
