The individual I "spoke" with had no command of the English language. I told him what I was there to do and he mumbles something about a number. I showed him my phone and he just said "outside" after waiting outside I finally figured out I had to do it all on my phone, which I had explicitly said I did not want to do when I reserved the unit.

Carol MI was only at this location because my original reservation was cancelled by U-Haul due to lack of equipment in Statesboro, GA. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and received a call on Sunday morning (24 hours before reserved pick-up) stating there would be no 15-foot trucks in Statesboro. So, we drove 1 hours to Savannah and an hour back, then got started.
Gerald PStaff accents difficult to understand. Convenient location.
David DI waited more than 3 hours because my reservation had been canceled, and I had to do everything all over again. I ended up paying much more than what I was supposed to pay with my original reservation. Overall, it was a nightmare. The truck was in need of maintenance. It rained and water was leaking inside, the radio didn’t work, it was not clean, the tires needed air, and much more.
