If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience with renting a U-haul truck from this location. They didn't have the truck I booked even though I called 3 times to confirm they would have it. After I turned the truck in I was being charged for not turning the truck in and refueling even though I refueled to the same mileage that was in at pick up and returned it early to the exact location I picked up from when I reached out to them to see what was going on she had literally no idea about anything advised she would do research and reach back out to me the following morning 3 days past and I had to reach out to her just for her to say she no longer has access to my account. This matter is still not settled

I made a reservation online to rent a truck. I arrived at the location around 9:30am. When I checked in online it said I needed to go in to get the key but the location was closed and nobody was there..I asked the bot online if I could do the lockbox but it wouldn't let me. This was very inconvenient as I had several people waiting on me to get my things and move. Plus I still got charged even though I never touched the truck. Also when I tried to call the facility, they hung up on me, I tried calling back and have not got a hold of anyone.
