Dona was friendly and helpful with rental and information as well as resources. It's nice to have a friendly person to rent from. Most of the time they don't even talk to you. I didnt get credit for the extra gas from corporate like it said I would though. That was annoying.
MELANIE LDonna was EXCELLENT! We had a long trip from Long Island to Schenevus and she called the day prior arrival just to make sure that all was in order and let us know she would be there. She also explained the drop of procedure, which was very helpful. I would always recommend this location.

KEVIN HThe truck I rented seemed to be brand new. It was very clean. The dealer even called me ahead of time to see what time I was coming so they could go out and warm it up for me. It was a particularly cold day. You only get that kind of service at a place like this. We will always choose Hair Hut to book our U-Haul needs.
