When I arrived to turn in the vehicle, I was told to drop the keys off in the Dropbox and he'd be right with me. I followed the directions as what he'd asked. When I came back in he then asked what I needed. I told him I had no phone service there. He stated that it wasn't his responsibility but I could use the free Wi-Fi. At this point I could take the needed pictures of the fuel gauge since the keys were already locked up. I had to call the main office once I had service. It was less than necessary for me or anyone to be treated this way.

Debra S.Paying cash seemed to be a problem.I had to pay a deposit because of it and didn't get it back when I dropped the trailer off at designated U-Haul facility.I was told I would get the deposit returned by mail and haven't got a reply.So that made me feel a little uneasy but otherwise it was a good experience thank you
