DAVID MDealing with StorageXperts was great. Dealing with Uhaul was a nightmare. Multiple pickup location changes, resulting in me having to pay $15 extra to pick up a truck that was 15 miles further than I had requested a month in advance. This info was provided to me the morning before I needed the truck. Very unprofessional and put me in a tight spot. Then, I needed to pick the truck up at 9 am which was confirmed with Uhaul rep on the phone, but the location didn't even open until 930. That's not a huge deal, but if someone were to book something for 7 am and Uhaul didn't bother to check, that could create a problem. I won't ever book through Uhaul.com again. I'll just contact the location directly. On a side note, telling your customer that the location selected is "only a request" is not helpful and does not inspire loyalty to your company. It's a cop out.
