There was a super long wait and very poor communication about what caused it. The guy who finally helped me let me drive off with one of the side mirrors still tucked in!
Lisa JThey were good enough in a crunch. They explained everything well. I have an issue with Uhaul in general. We were given a location, went there and no one was there to give us a vehicle. Then we had to go to VanGo, a place that does not have drop off and so because someone was unable to drop off the van at 9 am, we were charged more money. This was a complete inconvenience and incompetence on Uhaul's part.
linda cTruck door kept closing and locked me in the U-Haul. Tension cables need to be serviced. It tried closing on my movers head.
