I had a good experience with Uhaul. I changed my pickup location several times due to an issue with a vehicle not being available followed by vehicle damage to the second location, but each person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind. The people at West Coast Storage were very helpful to make sure I had a positive experience. It was refreshing to deal with actual local people rather than robots on the phone or bots on the internet.
