when I arrived to drop off trailer the store clerk did not know what to do with it. I was told to call U-Haul so I did a self drop off using the app. I left the trailer in the middle of the store parking lot since I was given no direction from the clerk. I would never go to this location for a pick up or drop off ever again!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe uhaul would randomly shut off, shifter was extremely loose, steering was horrible you could make a quarter turn before it even started turning. I usually go with penske and I tried uhaul because its closer. Next time ill drive additional minutes nmw the cost. Never again. Im sorry that this location isnt up to par
Angelica Iquick, clean and friendly
FRANK LIf the employees within the store were better trained I would give this a 5. How the cashier didn’t know the keys were behind him is astounding to me.
Jared LRental was a newer truck, staff was friendly, and it was a quick in/ out process
