Robin MWas the equipment clean and well maintained? The auto transport I rented was clean but I did not realize until I got it home to load my car on it that the passenger side tie-down strap was missing about 2 feet of the strap that gets ratched down. I made it work by taking an old heavy duty tie down strap that I had, looping it around the strapping and ratcheting it down. I contacted Selah Friendly to let them know. When I turned in the trailer I also let them know. The turn-in location did not know if he had another tie-down that he could replace the one with the missing strap "tail".
