Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe attendant was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was no fussing around to get me out the door in a timely manner.
Michael DPerson knew very little about the system. The hand truck and blankets we ordered were not available and we were advised to travel an additional 20 miles to get them. We ended up taking them from another truck on site. This after we were already sent to a pick up location that was not the one we ordered it from
Karen PI don't believe that improvement is needed, I was pleased with everything. Thank you.
CARL PThis rental was because the place we rented their truck was broke down. We drove the distance to get this rental with the promise of a discount which never came. We also were not informed it needed to go back to them. I am very dissatisfied with Uhaul.
