Customer service is awful and they are not informative at all. When ypu ask them what to do to return the uhaul they look at you like you are stupid and tell you to leave the key in the truck and they will take care of it so them you have to call uhaul and spend time on the phone after moving all day to find out you just had to drop the key I'm a box terrible place.
