I left feeling pretty disappointed with the pickup experience. The staff offered very little guidance on the process, and the employee was rushing so quickly to take the keys back that I wasn't even given the chance to take the required vehicle condition photos. I expected better customer service for a process that requires strict verification.

Ashlie MThe overall experience was the worst I have ever had with Uhaul. Couldn’t get the App to work correctly, then when you contact customer service they tell you to take a bunch of pictures then email them in. I have never been to a business where you have to do all the work for the company and still pay them for you doing the work. All the caused me to be an hour late for my loaders and the fact the truck had to have fuel before I even left was ridiculous. Horrible Horrible Horrible business practices.
NOAH AIt was a convenience store and the owner seemed annoyed I was there. All he said was return is all online and ignored me from that point to assist his store customers
